My Natures Learning Journey

I am Gary ... a simple easy going guy who enjoy and love adventures and nature at my own pace...
I starter to enjoy this wonderful and lovely rich nature in the eighties during my national service days with the infantry unit ..... Besides doing my national service training in singapore i am lucky to had the chance to go overseas training in Thailand, Taiwan and Brunei Darussalam and that gives me a chance to experience and see the beautiful hills and mountains from the three different countries and aslo a feel in the climate....
The purpose of setting up this nature page is to keep a record for my learning journey in all the living things inside the lovely rich habitat that i had came accross personally and to share it with my family and close friends as a form of enjoyment .........
It is interesting to get to learn every living things and every living soul that i had come accross everytime i walk into the thick terrain solo .......
Sometimes i do trek and hike with some close friends who has the same interest as me that I get to know them from FB and that gives me a chance to learn all the basic information with them and the other nature lovers in the species that i had came accross and i also source and learn through the internet looking up from my guided teacher Google .... 😊
Walking solo in the rich nature can be interesting fun and danger too... So always be alert , observant and listen to the surroundings and react accordingly...
Never panic when something pop up half way through the walk......always be ready to react and stay calm.
If you are doing just a casual trek or hike in a more open and or softer terrain the basic items to carry along with you to share here :
Mobile phone , Food , Drinks , Hiking stick , Rain poncho , Whistle , Insect repellent , compass and Touch light ...
And
If you are exploring into the more thicker terrain, here are some highlights to share ....
Basic SOP necessity items to bring in your trek and hike into the thick terrain :
Mobile phone , Food , Drinks , Survivor knife , Lighter or Flint , Waterproof bag , Touch light , Battery , Mirror , Paracord ropes , Whistle ,
Hiking stick , Compass , Rain poncho ,
Groundsheet , Prickly heat snake powder ,
Insect repellent , Anticeptic spray or Cream and Basic first aid kit ...
Never be too confidence .... at times you might get lost even in your usual route 😅😅 .... Noting can be explain why is this happen .... The only answer to me is ask the nature living soul 😅😅😅 .......
So is good to have all the items pack ready with you as stated above without regreat ....
I love going into the nature whenever i am free to enjoy and see all the beautiful river , reservoir , fauna and flora .
The terrain and forms of this wonderful living things thats within around surrounded helps me practice self calmness...
